They age all of their beef in-house, and custom break and bone whole animals. Their beef is hormone & antibiotic free, raised on small, family-run farms, uses humane transportation and slaughter methods, has a low carbon footprint, and is sourced from southern Ontario farms.

They age all of their pork in-house, and custom break and bone whole animals. Their pork is hormone, ractopamine & antibiotic free, GMO free, raised on small, family-run farms, uses humane transportation and slaughter methods, has a maximum of 5 animals/trailer and a maximum of 15 min transportation time to abattoir.
